Tattoo Cancel and Rescheduling policy:

If you do not reschedule your appointment before your original appointment time slot, your retainer will be forfeit and won't apply to a future tattoo. You will need to make a new appointment and pay a new retainer fee.

If you can't make your original tattoo appointment time and reschedule your appointment, you may do so up until the time of your originally scheduled appointment. To apply your existing retainer fee to your rescheduled tattoo appointment, your appointment must be within 30 days of your originally scheduled appointment, if not, your retainer fee will be forfeit.
