Service Description
Tattoo design will be created on the day of your tattoo. Your retainer payment will hold your appointment. You may reschedule your tattoo up until your scheduled tattoo appointment date and time, and must reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment or your retainer fee is forfeit. Tattoo shop policies: https://www.littleinkplayshop.com/faq-1 Tattoo parameters allowed: - Black and gray only (no color) - Placement exceptions: neck, face, hands, or feet - All of my block print designs are available (see my website for designs) Optional additional charges will apply for: - Larger size and/or more detailed design - Custom hand carved block prints of your tattoo (yours to keep!)
Cancellation Policy
Tattoo Cancel and Rescheduling policy: If you do not reschedule your appointment before your original appointment time slot, your retainer will be forfeit and won't apply to a future tattoo. You will need to make a new appointment and pay a new retainer fee. If you can't make your original tattoo appointment time and reschedule your appointment, you may do so up until the time of your originally scheduled appointment. To apply your existing retainer fee to your rescheduled tattoo appointment, your appointment must be within 30 days of your originally scheduled appointment, if not, your retainer fee will be forfeit.
