This policy explains how paying your retainer will hold your spot for your tattoo appointment. The retainer is non-refundable. The retainer will be applied to your tattoo cost on the day of your tattoo. 

Your retainer will be forfeited in full if:
- Client does not appear for their tattoo appointment;
- Client cancels or reschedules an appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice;
- Client arrives more than 15 minutes late to a tattoo appointment;
- Client may reschedule 1 time for any sessions of the same tattoo without penalty up to 48 hours before scheduled session
- Client fails to reschedule a new appointment within 1 week of a cancelled appointment;
- Client arrives to tattoo appointment without government-issued identification.
