This policy explains how paying your retainer will hold your spot for your tattoo appointment. The retainer is non-refundable. The retainer will be applied to your tattoo cost on the day of your tattoo. 

Your retainer will be forfeited in full if:
- Client does not appear for their tattoo appointment;
- Client cancels or reschedules an appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice;
- Client arrives more than 20 minutes late to a tattoo appointment;
- Client reschedules 3 or more times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of 24-hour notice;
- Client fails to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment;
- Client arrives to tattoo appointment without government-issued identification.
